का.आ. 12( अ ).केन्द्रीय सरकार नागरिकता'अधिनियम, 1955 ( 1955 का 57 ) की धारा 7ख की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निम्नलिखित अधिकारों को, जिनके लिए , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7क के अधीन भारत के प्रवासी नागरिकों के रूप मे रजिस्ट्रीकृत व्यक्ति, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से हकदार होंगे , विनिर्दिष्ट करती है , अर्थात्:-
S.O. 12 (E) . In exercise ofthe powers.conferred by Sub -section ( 1) of Section 7B of the Citizenship Act, 1955 (67 of 1955) , the Central Government hereby specifies the following rights to which persons registered as Overseas Citizens of India under Section 7A of the said Act , shall be entitled , with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , namely:--
1. भारत के रजिस्ट्रीकृत प्रवासी नागरिकों को, भारतीय बालकों के अंतरदेशीय दत्तक ग्रहण करने के विषय में अनिवासी भारतीयों के समान समझा जाएगा ।
1. Registered Overseas Citizens of India shall be treated at par with Non - Resident Indians in the matter of inter-country adoption of Indian children .
2. भारत के रजिस्ट्रीकृत प्रवासी नागरिकों को , भारत में घरेलू क्षेत्रोंमें वायुयान भाड़े के टैरिफ विषय में निवासी भारतीय राष्ट्रिकों के . समान समझा जाएगा ।
2. Registered Overseas Citizens of India shall be treated at per with resident Indian nationals in the matter of tariffs in air fares in domestic sectors in India.
3. भारत के रजिस्ट्रीकृत प्रवासी भारतीय से , वही प्रवेश फीस प्रभारित की जाएगी जो घरेलू भारतीय अतिथियों से भारत में राष्ट्रीय पार्कों और वन्य जीव अभ्यारण का. परिदर्शन के लिए प्रभारित की जाती है ।
3. Registered Overseas Citizens of India shall be charged the same entry fee as domestic Indian visitors to visit national parks and wildlife sanctuaries in India .
