आई.सी.एस.आई. नं. 7 , दिसम्बर , 2006. - भारतीय कम्पनी मैक्रेटरी संस्थान की काउंसिल ने कम्पनी सैक्रेटरी, अधिनियम , 1980 , यथा संशोधित कम्पनी सैक्रेटरी अधिनियम , 2006 के धारा 21 कीउप- धारा ( 1 ) एवं धारा 16 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) का खंड ( बी ) के अंतर्गत भारतीय कम्पनी संस्थान में श्री एस. कुमार, वरिष्ठ निदेशक के नेतृत्व में निदेशक ( अनुशासन ) पदनाम के साथ अनुशासनात्मक प्रभाग की स्थापना की गई है ।

Kumar, Senior Director, designated as the Director (Discipline).

आई. सी. एस. आई. नं. 1 , जनवरी 2007, दिनांक 10 सितम्बर , 2006 को सम्पन्न 167वीं बैठक में काउंसिल ने कम्पनी सैक्रेटरी अधिनियम , 1980 यथा संशोधित कम्पनी सैक्रेटरी ( संशोधन ) अधिनियम , 2006 की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) , ' धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) , धारा 6 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) , धारा 19 की उप - धारा ( 4 ) , धारा 20 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अंतर्गत सदस्यता एवं अन्य शुल्क में पहली अप्रैल, 2007 से प्रभावी निम्नरूपेण निर्णय लिया:- :

ICSI No. 1 of January , 2007.-In the 167th Meeting held on 10th September, 2006 the Council in exercise of the powers vested under sections 4 ( 3 ) , 5 (3 ), 6 (2) , 19(4) and 20 (3 ) of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 as amended by Company Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 2006 has decided to revise the membership and other fees w.e.f. 1st April , 2007 asunder :
