New Delhi , the 9th January, 2007
G.S.R. 14(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses.( a) and (b) of Sub- section (1 ) of Section 642 read with Sections 266A, 266B, and 266E of the Companies Act, 1956 ( 1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Companies (Director IdentificationNumber) Rules, 2006, namely :-
सा.का.नि. 14( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, कंपनी अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) की धारा 266 क , 266 ख , और 266ङ के साथ पठित धारा 642 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( क) और खंड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , कंपनी ( निदेशक पहचान संख्या ) नियम , 2006 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Companies (Director Identification Number) Amendment Rules , 2007 .
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कंपनी ( निदेशक पहचान संख्या) संशोधन नियम , 2007 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
(2) They shall came into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. कंपनी (निदेशक पहचान संख्या ) नियम, 2006 के नियम 4 के परंतुक में " 31 दिसंबर 2006 अंक , और शब्द के स्थान पर " 31मार्च, 2007 " अंक , और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
2. In the proviso to rule 4 ofthe Companies (Director Identification Number) Rules , 2006, for the figures , letters and words " 31st December , 2006" , the figures , letters and words " 31st March, 2007 " shall be substituted.
