का.आ. 22 ( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अपर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट ( भूमि अर्जन ) , जिला नादिया को पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 35 के 4.10 कि.मी. से 59.70 कि.मी. ( बारासात बागांव सेक्शन ) तक के भूखण्ड पर उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग का निर्माण ( चौड़ा करने /चार लेन का बनाने, आदि ) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi, the 28th December , 2006
S.O. 22 (E).-- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition) of the District of Nadia as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , in respect of the stretch of land from km. 4.10 to km 59.70 of the National Highway No. 35 (Barasat -Bangaon Section ) for building (widening/four - laning, etc.), maintenance , management and operation of the said National Highway in the State of West Bengal as specified in the Schedule below.
