विषय: परिधान एवं निटवियर निर्यात हकदारी ( कोटा ) नीतियों के अवशिष्ट प्रावधानों का प्रचालन 1 जनवरी , 2007 से बढ़ाया जाना ।
सं. 1/61 /2004- निर्यात- I( 1 ).-दिनांक 9 नवम्बर , 2004 की अधिसूचना सं. 1 /61/2004-निर्यात-1 की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है , जिसके द्वारा सरकार ने परिधान एवं निटवियर निर्यात हकदारी (कोटा) नीतियों के अवशिष्ट प्रावधानों का प्रचालन आरंभिक तौर पर 1 जनवरी , 2005 से एक वर्ष के लिए लागू करने का निर्णय लिया था और बाद में इन प्रावधानों को दिनांक 16 दिसम्बर , 2005 की अधिसूचना संख्या 1/61/2004-निर्यात-1 ( 1 ) द्वारा 1 जनवरी , 2006 से एक वर्ष और के लिए बढ़ा दिया गया था ।
2. सरकार ने परिधान एवं निटवियर निर्यात हकदारी ( कोटा ) नीतियों के अवशिष्ट प्रावधानों का प्रचालन अब 1 जनवरी , 2007 से छः महीने की अवधि के लिए और आगे बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है ।
3. उपर्युक्त पैरा 1 में उल्लिखित दिनांक 9 नवम्बर , 2004 की अधिसूचना की अन्य सभी शर्तें अपरिवर्तित रहेंगी ।

Sub : Extension of operation of residuary provisions of Garments and Knitwears Export Entitlement ( Quota) Policies with effect from 1st January , 2007.
No. 1 /61 /2004- Exports - I ( 1) .--Attention is invited to Notification No. 1/61/2004 -Exports - I dated 9th November, 2004, vide which the Government decided to enforce operation of the residuary provisions of Garments and Knitwears Export Entitlement (Quota) Policies initially for one year with effect from 1st January, 2005 and later on these provisions were extended for another year with effect from 1st January, 2006 vide Notification No. 1 / 61 /2004 -Exports - I ( 1 ) dated 16thDecember, 2005 .

2. Now, the Government has decided to extend the operation of the residuary provisions of Garments and Knitwears Export Entitlement (Quota ) Policies for a further period of six months with effect from 1st January, 2007 .
3. All other terms and conditions of the Notification dated 9th November, 2004 mentioned in Para 1 above will remain unchanged.

विषय : यार्न , फैब्रिक्स एवं मेड - अप्स निर्यात हकदारी ( कोटा ) नीतियों के अवशिष्ट प्रावधानों का प्रचालन 1 जनवरी , 2007 से बढ़ाया जाना ।
सं. 1/61/2004-निर्यात- I( 2 ). दिनांक 9 नवम्बर, 2004 की अधिसूचना सं. 1/ 61 /2004- निर्यात 1 की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है , जिसके द्वारा सरकार ने यार्न , फैब्रिक्स एवं मेड- अप्स निर्यात हकदारी ( कोटा ) नीतियों के अवशिष्ट प्रावधानों का प्रचालन आरंभिक तौर पर 1 जनवरी , 2005 से एक वर्ष के लिए लागू करने का निर्णय लिया था और बाद में इन प्रावधानों को दिनांक 16 दिसम्बर, 2005 की अधिसूचना संख्या 1/61 /2004-निर्यात I ( 1 ) द्वारा 1 जनवरी , 2006 से एक वर्ष और के लिए बढ़ा दिया गया था ।
