नई दिल्ली , 11 जनवरी , 2007 :
का.आ. 31 ( अ ).-कॉफी अधिनियम, 1942 ( 1942 का 7 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा कॉफी नियम , 1955 के नियम 3 तथा नियम 4 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 10 जुलाई, 2009 तक की अवधि तक कॉफी बोर्ड के सदस्यों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और इस प्रयोजनार्थ भारत सरकार, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय ( वाणिज्य विभाग ) की दिनांक 11 जुलाई, 2006 की भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1041 ( अ ) , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्या 13 , 14, 15 तथा 29 और उनसे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याओं और प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:- :

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th January , 2007
S.O.31 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (2 ) of Section 4 of the Coffee Act, 1942 (7 of 1942) , and in pursuance of rule 3 and sub - rule (1) of rule 4 of the Coffee Rules , 1955, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Coffee Board for a period up to 10th July, 2009, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce), Number S.O. 1041 (E) , dated the 11th July, 2006, namely :--
In the said notification, for serial numbers 13 , 14 , 15 and 29 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted , namely :-
