और, यतः , केन्द्र सरकार , इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के विशाखापटनम जिले में उक्त नक्कापल्ली मंडल के अंतर्गत आने वाले एन . नरसापुरम गाँव , सीएच लक्ष्मीपुरम गाँव, राजाय्यपेटा गाँव , पेडाटिनारला गाँव में भेषज के लिए उक्त क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास , प्रचालन हेतु अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत 26 जून , 2006 को अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान करदिया है;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th January , 2007
S.O. 35 ( E ) . Whereas ,M/ s . Hetero Infrastructure SEZ Limited of Andhra Pradesh , a Private Organisation of the State of Andhra Pradesh , has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005 ) ,
[PART II -SEC. 3 (ii )]
hereinafter referred to as the Act, to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Pharmaceuticals at N. Narsapuram Village , Ch . Lakshmipuram Village , Rajayyapeta Village , Pedateenarla Village falling under Nakkapalli Mandal in the Visakhapatnam District in the State of Andhra Pradesh;
And , whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub- section ( 8) of Section 3 of the saidAct, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub- section ( 10) of Section 3 of the Act for development , operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Pharmaceuticals at the said N. Narsapuram Village , Ch . Lakshmipuram Village, Rajayyapeta Village, Pedateenarla Village falling under Nakkapalli Mandal in the Visakhapatnam District in the State of Andhra Pradesh on 26th June , 2006;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at N. Narsapuram Village , Ch . Lakshmipuram Village , Rajayyapeta Village , Pedateenarla Village falling under Nakkapalli Mandal in the Visakhapatnam District in the State of Andhra Pradesh , comprising of the Survey numbers and the arca given in the Table below, as a Special Economic Zone, namely:
