सं. आईआर/अमेंड/02/ 2006.- बैंककारी कम्पनी ( उपक्रमों का अर्जन और अंतरण ) अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 5 ) की धारा 12 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित, धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , देना बैंक का निदेशक मंडल , भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक से परामर्श करके तथा केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से , देना बैंक ( अधिकारी ) सेवा विनियम, 1979 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखितं संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्:
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ ( 1 ) ये विनियम देना बैंक ( अधिकारी ) सेवा ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2006 कहलाएंगे ।
(2) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
2. देना बैंक ( अधिकारी ) सेवा विनियम , 1979 में विनियम 5 में ,
(क) उप - विनियम ( 1 ) में, खंड ( ग ) के अंतर्गत , परंतुक के पश्चात् एवं टिप्पणी के पहले निम्नलिखित परंतुक जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" परन्तु, जो अधिकारी पदोन्नति का प्रस्ताव मिलने पर उसे अस्वीकार कर देता है उसे अगले उच्चत्तर वेतनमान/ अवरोध वेतनवृद्धि/वेतनवृद्धियों में ऐसी वेतनवृद्धि/वेतनवृद्धियाँ प्रदान नहीं की जाएंगी । "
(ख) उप - नियम ( 2 ) में, स्पष्टीकरण के खंड ( घ) में, टिप्पणी ( ii ) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित टिप्पणी जोड़ी जाएगी , अर्थात्: - " ( iii ) जो अधिकारी पदोन्नति का प्रस्ताव मिलने पर उसे अस्वीकार कर देता है , वह व्यावसायिक अर्हता भुगतान उपर्युक्त के अनुसार का पात्र नहीं होगा । "

Mumbai , the 4th October, 2006
No. IR/AMEND/02/ 2006.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 read with sub- section (2 ) of Section 12 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970) , the Board ofDirectors of Dena Bank in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations further to amend Dena Bank (Officers' ) Service Regulations, 1979 namely :-- (1) Short title and Commencement . ( 1 ) These regulations may be called Dena Bank (Officers ' ) Service (Amendment) Regulations, 2006 .
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
(2) In the Dena Bank (Officers ') Service Regulations , 1979 in regulation 5,
(a) In sub - regulation ( 1 ) , under clause ( c) after the proviso and before the Note the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :-
"Provided further that such increment's in the next higher scale/ stagnation increment/shall not be allowed to an officer who refuses promotion when offered" .
(b) In sub - regulation (2 ) in clause (d) of the Explanation after Note ( ii ) , the following Note shall be inserted, namely:----
"( iii) An officer shall not be eligible for Professional Qualification Pay, as above , if he refuses to accept promotion when offered" .
