सा.का.नि. 25( अ ) . महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकार प्रयुक्त करके , महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) और उप- खण्ड ( i ) के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार , नीचे दर्शाई जा रही तालिका के कॉलम सं. (3) में क्रम सं. 9 और 10 के सामने उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों की संख्या आशोधित करती है और मुरगांव पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड के बारे में भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय के पोत परिवहन विभाग के पत्तन स्कंध की दिनांक 29 मार्च, 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 186 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशांधन करती है :

G.S.R. 25 (E) . In pursuance of sub- clause ( i) of clause (c) of Sub - section ( 1) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the powers conferred by clause (c) of Sub - section (1 ) read with Sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ), the Central Government hereby modify the number of persons mentioned in column (3) of the Table below against serial Number 9 and 10 and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways , Department of Shipping , (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 186 (F) dated 29th March, 2006 on the Board of Trustees for the Port Mormugao:
