का.आ. 42( अ ).- कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा स्थाई समिति के पुनर्गठन हेतु दिनांक 9 मार्च , 2004 को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड-3 ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय की दिनांक 8 मार्च , 2004 की अधिसूचना संख्या 321 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
( i ) उक्त अधिसूचना में, ' धारा 8 के खंड ( ग ) के उप - खंड ( ii ) के अंतर्गत निगम द्वारा चयनित ' शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 9 और 10 के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th January , 2007
S.O. 42 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Employees ' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. 321 (E) , dated the 8th March , 2004 reconstituting the Standing Committee published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II, Section 3 (ii ) dated the 9th March, 2004 :-
(i) In the said notification , under the heading 'Elected by the Corporation under Sub - clause ( ii ) of Clause (C) of Section 8 ' against S. Nos . 9 and 10, the following entries shall be substituted namely :-
