का.आ. 50 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 671 ( अ ) , तारीख 30 सितम्बर, 1996 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 1 में , क्र.सं. ( 4 ) को क्र.सं. ( 5 ) के रूप में पुनर्संख्यांक्ति किया जाएगा और इस प्रकार पुनर्संख्यांकित क्र.सं. (5 ) से पूर्व निम्नलिखित क्र.सं. और प्रविष्टियां अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

New Delhi , the 17th January, 2007
S.O. 50 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 671 (E) , dated the 30th September , 1996, namely:-
In the said notification , in paragraph 1, the serial number (4 ) shall be renumbered as serial number (5) and before serial number (5) so renumbered, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted , namely:
