का.आ. 52( अ ). वस्त्र समिति अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 41 ) की धारा ऽङ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय सरकार , इस मत के होने पर कि जनहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से उक्त अधिनियम की धारा ऽक के तहत लगाए जाने वाले उत्पाद शुल्क से इस अधिनियम के प्रयोजन से सिले- सिलाए परिधानों , जो एक प्रकार का वस्त्र है , को पूर्ण उपकर लगाए जाने से एतद्वारा छूट प्रदान करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th January, 2007
S.O. 52(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5E of the Textiles Committee Act, 1963 (41 of 1963), the Central Government , being of the opinion that in the public interest it is necessary so to do, hereby exempts the ready made garments , being a variety of textiles from the levy of whole of the cess , for the purposes of this Act, a duty of excise leviable under Section 5A of the said Act, witheffect from the date of publication of this notification .
