का.आ. 58(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय दूरसंचार विनियमक प्राधिकरण , अधिनियम , 1997 ( 1997 का 24 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) और धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , डा. राजीव कुमार को , उस तारीख से , जिसको वह अपना पद ग्रहण करते हैं , तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या जब तक वह पैंसठ वर्ष की वय प्राप्त नहीं कर लेते हैं , इनमें से जो भी पूर्वत्तर हो , भारतीय दूरसंचार विनियामक प्राधिकरण के अंशकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

New Delhi , the 19th January, 2007
S.O. 58 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section(3 ) of Section 3 and Sub -section (2) of Section 5 of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act , 1997 (24 of 1997), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Rajiv Kumar as a part- time member of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India for a period of three years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty - five years , whichever is earlier.
