का अंतरंग उपयोक्ता, उपस्कर को पुनःअवस्थित करके, शक्ति कम करके, विशेष प्रकार के एंटिने का उपयोग करके, जिसमें, यदि आवश्यक हो तो ऐसे बेतार का उपयोग बंद करना सम्मिलित है , विघ्न का परिवर्जन करने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाएगा :

[सं. आर-11014/31/2004- एलआर ] पी. चन्द्रशेखरन , सहायक बेतार सलाहकार सा.का. नि. 34( अ ), केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय तार अधिनियम, 1885 ( 1885 का 13 ) की धारा 4 और धारा 7 , और भारतीय बेतार यांत्रिकी अधिनियम , 1933 ( 1933 का 17 ) की धारा 4 और धारा 10 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, " क्रेनों के दूरस्थ नियंत्रण के लिए 335 मेगाहर्ज में अल्पशक्ति बेतार उपस्कर का उपयोग (अनुज्ञापन अपेक्षा से छूट ) नियम , 2005 " का संशोधन करने के लिए , निम्नलिखितं नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्: -
टिप्पणः मूल नियम, भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i) , तारीख 12 अगस्त , 2005 में , अधिसूचना सं. 532( अ ) , तारीखें 12 अगस्त , 2005 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे ।
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम क्रेनों के दूरस्थ नियंत्रण के लिए 335 मेगाहर्ज में अल्पशक्ति बेतार उपस्कर का उपयोग (अनुज्ञापन अपेक्षा से छूट ) संशोधन नियम , 2006 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. उक्त नियमों के नियम 4 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-

" 4. व्यतिकरण- किसी रेडियो संचार प्रणाली में अभिग्रहण पर उत्सर्जनों, विकिरणों या आंगमन में से किसी एक या उनके किसी मिश्रण के कारण अवांछित ऊर्जा का प्रभाव , जो किसी निष्पादन , निम्नीकरण , अपनिर्वचन या जानकारी की कमी से प्रकट हुआ हो, जो ऐसी अवांछित ऊर्जा के अभाव में निष्कर्षित किया जा सके, जहां कोई व्यक्ति, जिसको अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अधीन कोई अनुज्ञप्ति जारी की गई है , सूचित करता है कि उसकी अनुज्ञप्ति युक्त प्रणाली इन नियमों के अधीन छूट प्राप्त किसी अन्य रेडियो संचार प्रणाली से हानिप्रद विघ्न प्राप्त हो रहा है तो ऐसे अनुज्ञप्ति विहीन बेतार उपस्कर
G.S.R. 34(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 and 7 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 (13 of 1885) and Sections 4 and 10 of the Indian Wireless TelegraphyAct, 1933 (17 of 1933), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the "Use of low power wireless equipment in 335 MHz for remote control of cranes (Exemption from Licensing Requirement) Rules, 2005, " namely:-

1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Use of low power wireless equipment in 335 MHz. for remote control of cranes (Exemption from Licensing Requirement ) Amendment Rules , 2006.
i (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the said rules , for rule 4, the following rule shall be sübstituted, namely : --
पर उत्सर्जनों , विकिरणों या आगमन में से किसी एक या उनके किसी मिश्रण के कारण अवांक्षित ऊर्जा का प्रभाव , जो किसी निष्पादन निम्नीकरण , अपनिर्वचन या जानकारी की कमी से प्रकट हुआ हो , जो ऐसी अवांछित ऊर्जा के अभाव में निष्कर्षित किया जा सके , जहां कोई व्यक्ति, जिसको अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अधीन कोई अनुज्ञप्ति जारी की गई है , सूचित करता है कि उसकी अनुज्ञप्ति युक्त प्रणाली इन नियमों के अधीन छूट प्राप्त किसी अन्य रेडियो संचार प्रणाली से हानिप्रद विघ्न प्राप्त हो रहा है तो ऐसे अनुज्ञप्ति विहीन बेतार उपस्कर का अंतरंग उपयोक्ता, उपस्कर को पुनः अवस्थित करके , शक्ति कम करके , विशेष प्रकार के एंटिने का उपयोग करके , जिसमें, यदि आवश्यक हो तो ऐसे बेतार का उपयोग बंद करना सम्मिलित है , विघ्न का परिवर्जन करने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाएगा :
परन्तु ऐसे उपयोग को बंद करने से पूर्व परिस्थितियों को स्पष्ट करने के लिए एक युक्तियुक्त अवसर , बेतार उपस्कर के ऐसे अनुज्ञप्ति विहीन उपयोक्त को , प्रस्थापित किया जाएगा । "

The effect of unwanted energy due to one or a combination of emissions , radiations or induction upon reception in a radio communication system, manifested by any performance degradation, misinter- pretation , or loss of information which could be extracted in the absence of such unwanted energy , where any person whom a licence has been issued under Section 4 of the Act, informs that his licensed system is getting harmful interference from any other radio communication system exempted under these rules , the user of such unlicensed wireless equipment shall take necessary steps to avoid interference by relocating the equipment , reducing the power, using special type of antennae including discontinuation of such wireless usc , if required :
Provided that, before such discontinuation , a reasonable opportunity to explain the circumstances shall be offered to such unlicensed user of wireless equipment . "

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 4 and 7 of the Indian Telegraph Act , 1885 ( 13 of 1885) and Sections 4 and 10 of the Indian Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1933 ( 17 of 1933 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the use of low power wireless equipment in the citizen band 26.957-27.283 MHz (Exemption from Licensing Requirement) Rules, 2005, namely:---
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Use of low power wireless equipment in the citizen band 26.957-27.283 MHz ( Exemption fromLicensing Requirement) Amendment Rules , 2006.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of theirpublication in the Official Gazette .
सा.का. नि. 35( अ ), केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय तार अधिनियम, 1885 ( 1885 का 13 ) की धारा 4 और 7 , और भारतीय बेतार यांत्रिकी अधिनियम , 1933 ( 1933 का 17 ) की धारा 4 और 10 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , " 26.957 मेगाहर्ज से 27.283 मेगाहर्ज तक के सिटीजन बैंड में अल्पशक्ति बेतार उपस्कर का उपयोग ( अनुज्ञापन अपेक्षा से छूट ) नियम , 2005 " का संशोधन करने के लिए , निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात: -

1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम 26.957 मेगाहर्ज से 27.283 मेगाहर्ज तक के सिटीजन बैंड में बेतार अल्पशक्ति उपस्कर का उपयोग ( अनुज्ञापन अपेक्षा से छूट) संशोधन नियम , 2006 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. उक्त नियमों के नियम 4 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम
रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 4 and 7 of the Indian Telegraph Act , 1885 (13 of1885) and Sections 4 and 10 of the Indian Wireless TelegraphyAct, 1933 ( 17 of 1933 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indoor Use of low power wireless equipment in the frequency band 5GHz (Exemption from Licensing Requirement ) Rules , 2005, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Indoor Use of 'low power wireless equipment in the frequency band 5 GHz (Exemption from Licensing Requirement) Amendment Rules , 2006.
नियम , 1885 ( 1885 का 13 ) की धारा 4 और 7 , और भारतीय बेतार यांत्रिकी अधिनियम, 1933 ( 1933 का 17 ) की धारा 4 और धारा 10 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , " 5 गीगाहर्ट्ज के आवृत्ति बैंड में अल्पशक्ति बेतार उपस्कर का अंतरंग उपयोग (अनुज्ञापन अपेक्षा से छूट ) नियम , 2005 " का संशोधन करने के लिए , निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्: -

In the Indoor use of low power wireless equipment inthe frequency band 5 GHz ( Exemption from Licensing Requirment) Rules , 2005 (hereafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 3, after the words "coverage area ", the words "on non - interference , non - protection and shared (non- exclusive) basis " shall be inserted .
3. In the saidrules , for rule 4, the following rule shall be substituted, namely: ----
2. 5 गीगाहर्ट्ज के आवृत्ति बैंड में अल्पशक्ति बेतार उपस्कर का अंतरंग उपयोग ( अनुज्ञापन अपेक्षा से छूट ) नियम, 2005 ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त नियम कहा गया है ) के नियम 3 में, " व्याप्ति क्षेत्र " शब्दों से पूर्व " अव्यतिकरण , असंरक्षित और हिस्सेदारी (गैर- विशिष्ट ) आधार पर " शब्द अंतःस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।
3. उक्त नियमों के नियम 4 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम
रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्: -
"4. Interference . G.S.R. 37 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 4 and 7 of the Indian Telegraph Act , 1885 (13 of 1885) and Sections 4 and 10 of the Indian Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1933 ( 17 of 1933 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the "Use of low power equipment in the frequency band 865-867 MHz for ( RFID ) Radio Frequency Identification Devices (Excmption from Licensing Requirement ) Rules , 2005," namely:-
सा.का, नि. 37( अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय तार अधिनियम , 1885 ( 1885 का 13 ) की धारा 4 और 7 , और भारतीय बेतार यांत्रिकी अधिनियम , 1933 ( 1933 का 17 ) की धारा 4 और धारा 10 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, " रेडियो आवृति अभिज्ञान यंत्र ( आरएफआईडी ) के लिए 865 से 867 मेगाहर्ज तक के आवृत्ति बैंड में अल्पशक्ति उपस्कर का उपयोग ( अनुज्ञापन अपेक्षा से छूट ) नियम, 2005" का संशोधन करने के लिए, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the use of low power equipment in the frequency band 865-867 MHz. for (RFID ) Radio Frequency Identification Devices ( Exemption from Licensing Requirement) Amendment Rules , 2006 .
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रेडियो आवृति अभिज्ञान यंत्र ( आरएफआईडी) के लिए 865 से 867 मेगाहर्ज तक के आवृत्ति बैंड में अल्पशक्ति उपस्कर का उपयोग ( अनुज्ञापन अपेक्षा में छूट ) संशोधन नियम , 2006 है ।
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. In rule 3 , the words " shared ( non - Exclusive) " , shall be substituted in place of "non - exclusive" 2. नियम 3 में , " गैर विशिष्ट " शब्दों के स्थान पर " हिस्सेदारी (गैर विशिष्ट) " रखा जाएगा ।
3. Inthe said rules, for rule 4, the following rule shall be substituted.-
3. उक्त नियमों के नियम 4 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
