का.आ. 62( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 29ख द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , सलाहकार समिति द्वारा उसे की गई सिफारिशों पर विचार करने के पश्चात् यह निदेश देती है कि भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्यौगिक विकास विभाग ) की अधिसूचना 477 ( अ ) , तारीख 25 जुलाई , 1991 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन किए जाएंगे , अर्थात्: -

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 29 B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) , the Central Government , after considering the recommendations made to it by the Advisory Committee, hereby directs that the following further amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development) number S. O. 477(E ) dated the 25th July, 1991, namely:---
