सा.का.नि. 44( अ), - केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 21/2002- सीमा शुल्क, तारीख1 मार्च, 2002 सं. सा.का.नि. 118( अ) , तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में, --
(i ) क्रम सं. 34 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) के मद ( क) , ( ख ) और (ग ) के सामने स्तंभ ( 4 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 60 प्रतिशत " प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी;
( ( ii ) क्रम सं. 36 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां अंतःस्थापित की जायेंगी , अर्थात्: -

No. 8 /2007 - Customs
G.S.R. 44(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21/2002- Customs , dated the 1st March , 2002 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , vide number G.S.R. 118 (E ) , dated the 1st March , 2002, namely:-
In the said notification , in the Table,-
(i ) against S. No. 34, in column (3 ) , against items ( A) , ( B) and (C) , for the entries in column (4) , the entry " 60 % " shall respectively be substituted;
(ii) after S. No. 36 and entries relating thereto , the following entries shall be inserted, namely:-
