नई दिल्ली , 24 जनवरी , 2007 सं. 2/2007( एन. टी. ) सीमा शुल्क
का.आ. 78( अ ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 14 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( क) के उप- खण्ड ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या 135/2006 (एन. टी. ) -सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर , 2006 [ का.आ. 2155 ( अ ) , दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर, 2006] को अधिक्रांत करते हुए निर्यात माल के संबंध में बोर्ड एतद्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए , यह अवधारित करती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची I और अनुसूची II के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी करेंसी से भारतीय करेंसी में या भारतीरय करेंसी से विदेशी करेंसी में संपरिवर्तन के लिए विनिमय दर 1 फरवरी , 2007 से वह दर होगी जो उसके स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में, तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में वर्णित हैं :-

No. 2/2007 (NT) CUSTOMS
S.O. 78 ( E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - clause (i) of Clause ( a) of Sub - section (3 ) of Section 14 ofthe CustomsAct , 1962 (52 of 1962) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 135/2006 ( N.T. ) Customs , dated the 26th December , 2006 | S.O . 2155 (E ), dated the 26th December , 2006 ) , the Board hereby column (2 ) of each of Schedule 1 and Schedule II appended hereto into Indian currency of vice versa shall , with effect from the 1st February, 2007 determines for the purposes of said section , relating to export goods , that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in , be the rete mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) thereof .
