सा.का.नि. 47( अ ) -महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का अधिनियम सं. 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 6 ) और धारा 10 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त ' अधिकार प्रयुक्त करके, केन्द्रीय सरकार , उप - सचिव ( पत्तन संचालन और प्रशासन ) , पोत- परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पोत परिवहन विभाग के स्थान पर , उप सचिव ( पत्तन विकास ) , पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय, पोत परिवहन विभाग को एतद्वारा , कोलकाता पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में एक न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन, और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पोत परिवहन विभाग , पत्तन स्कंध की दिनांक 21 जून , 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 374(अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम सं. 6 में उल्लिखित शब्दों, " उप - सचिव ( पत्तन संचालन और प्रशासन ) , पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पोत परिवहन विभाग " को " उप- सचिव ( पत्तन विकास ) , पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पोत परिवहन विभाग " शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जाए ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th January, 2007
G.S.R. 47(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (1 ) read with Sub- section (6) of Section 3 and Sub -section (2) of Section 10 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) , the Central Government hereby appoints Deputy Secretary (Port Development) , Ministry ofShipping , Road Transport and Highways , Department ofShipping, on the Board of Trustees of the Kolkata Port Trust vice Deputy Secretary (Port Operations and Administration), Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways , Department of Shipping and makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways , Department of Shipping (Ports Wing), No. G.S.R. 374(E) dated 21st June , 2006 .
2. In the saidnotification against serial number 6 for the words "Deputy Secretary (Port Operations and Administration), Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways , Department of Shipping" , the words " Deputy Secretary (PortDevelopment), Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport andHighways , Department of Shipping " shall be substituted .
