का.आ. 87 ( अ )-होम्योपैथी केंद्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क ) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, ऐसे व्यक्तियों में से जिनके नाम होम्योपैथी के राज्य/संघ राज्य क्षेत्र , रजिस्टर में होम्योपैथी के चिकित्सा व्यवसायियों के रूप में दर्ज हैं, गुजरात राज्य से डॉ. जयेशकुमार खेमभाई पटेल को केंद्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् का सदस्य निर्वाचित किया गया है;
अतः, अब केंद्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन स्वास्थ्य और परिवार नियोजन मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 482 ( अ ) , तारीख 6 अगस्त, 1974 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
( i ) उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क ) के अंतर्गत निर्वाचित " शीर्ष के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 26 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:--

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th January , 2007
S.O. 87 (E ) . Whereas in pursuance of the provisions of clause (a) of Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act , 1973 (59 of 1973 ) , Dr. Jayeshkumar Khemabhai Patel has been clected amongst persons enrolled as practitioners of Homoeopathy on the State /Union Territory Register of Homoeopathy , to be a member of the Central Council of Homoeopathy from the State of Gujarat.
Now, therefore , in exercise of powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry ofHealth and Family Planning (Department of Health), number S.O. 482 (E) , dated the 6th August, 1974, namely:--
In the said notification, (i ) under the heading "Elected under clause (a) of Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 " , for serial number 26 and entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
