का.आ. 93 ( अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 2 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे सारणी में विनिर्दिष्ट राजमार्ग को राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग घोषित करती है और उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची में क्रम सं. 3 ग और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्: - :

राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 2 पर सबादा बागान सड़क संगम से आरंभ होने वाले और पश्चिमी बंगाल राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 34 के संगम पर समाप्त होने वाले बेलघरिया एक्सप्रेस मार्ग के 7.363 किलोमीटर का भूखंड ।

पाद टिप्पण : राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिानियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की अनुसूची अधिसूचना सं. 1180 तारीख 4 अप्रैल, 1957 द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के साथ राजपत्र में प्रकाशितं की गई थी और अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 835 ( अ ) तारीख 1 जून , 2006 द्वारा अंतिम संशोधन किया गया था ।

S.O. 93(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (2) of Section 2 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby declares the highway specified in the Table below to be national highway and

का.आ. 94( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 68 ) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त सारणी कहा गया है ) के स्तंभ में यथा वर्णित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग की उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ 2 में उसके सामने यथा उल्लिखित तत्स्थानी सेक्शन के उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ 3 में विनिर्दिष्ट भूखंड को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण कोसौंपती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st January, 2007
S. O. 94(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988 ) , the Central Government hereby entrusts the stretch as specified in column 3 of the Table annexed hereto (hereinafter referred to as the said Table ) , of the corresponding section as mentioned against in column 2 of the said Table , of the National Highway as described in column 1 of the said Table , to the National Highways Authority of India.
