New Delhi, the 1st February, 2007 सा.का.नि. 60( अ )-महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 (1963 का अधिनियम सं. 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 10 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकार प्रयुक्त करके केन्द्र सरकार, प्रधान अधिकारी ( प्रभारी ) , समुद्री वाणिज्य विभाग , मुंबई के स्थान पर, प्रभारी सर्वेक्षक, समुद्री वाणिज्य विभाग, मुरगाँव को एतद्वारा, 31-3-2008 तक, मुरगाँव पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में एक न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पोत परिवहन विभाग , पत्तन स्कंध की दिनांक 23 मई , 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 305 (अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
G.S.R. 60 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) read with Sub-section (6) of Section 3 and Sub -section (3) of Section 10 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ), the Central Government hereby appoints Surveyor- in- Charge , Mercantile Marine Department, Mormugao on the Board of Trustees of the Mormugao Port Trust vice Principal Officer (I/C), Mercantile Marine Department Mumbai as a Trustee up to 31-3-2008 and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways , Department of Shipping (Ports Wing) , No. G.S.R. 305 (E) dated 23rd May, 2006.
2. In the said notification against Sl . No. 8 for the words " Principal Officer ( I/C) , Mercantile Marine Department Mumbai " the words " Surveyor- in-Charge, Mercantile Marine Department, Mormugao " shall be substituted .
2. उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में , क्रम सं. 8 में उल्लिखित शब्दों, " प्रधान अधिकारी (प्रभारी ) , समुद्री वाणिज्य विभाग , मुंबई" को " प्रभारी सर्वेक्षक, समुद्री वाणिज्य विभाग , मुरगाँव " शब्दोंसे प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जाए ।
