का.आ. 106(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण अधिनियम , 1954 ( 1954 का 37 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( iv ) के अनुसरण में , भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1500 ( अ ) , दिनांक 17 अक्तूबर , 2005 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
(क) सारणी -1 में कॉलम 1 के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने , वर्तमान प्रविष्टि की जगह निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्: -
" 1. श्री.आर. एस. वाघमारे"
(ख ) सारणी- II में कॉलम 1 के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 2. के सामने , वर्तमान प्रविष्टि की जगह निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टिं प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्:-
" 2. श्री आर. सी. वैद्य"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 2nd February , 2007
S.O. 106(E) . In pursuance of clause (iv) of Section 2 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification number S.O. 1500 (E) , dated 17thOctober, 2005 of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health) with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette namely:
In the said notification ,-
(a) in Table - I , under column number 1, against serial number 2, for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely
" 1. Sh. R. S. Waghmare "
(b) in Table - II, under column number 1, against serial number 2 , for the existing entry , the following entry shall be substituted, namely :----
"2. Sh . R. C. Vaidya "
