Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999
F. No. IRDA/RI/1/38/2007.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (2) of the Section 101A of the Insurance Act , 1938 , the Authority , after consultation with the Advisory committee constituted under Section 101B of the Insurance Act, 1938 and with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following notification namely :-
फा. सं. आईआरडीए/आरआई/1 / 38/ 2007.-बीमा अधिनियम , 1938 की धारा 101 ए की उप- धारा (2 ) में विहित. शक्तियोंका उपयोग करते हुए एवं बीमा अधिनियम , 1938 की धारा 101बी के अन्तर्गत गठित बीमा सलाहकार समिति से विचार विमर्श के उपरांत तथा केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्व अनुमति से, प्राधिकरण अधोलिखित अधिसूचना जारी करती है , अर्थात्:
प्रत्येक साधारण बीमा पालसी जिसे भारतीय पुनर्बीमाकर्त्ता से पुनर्बीमा प्राप्त करना है का अर्पण बीमित मूल्य प्रतिशत 1. अप्रैल, 2007 से 31 मार्च , 2008 के लिए 15 प्रतिशत होगा तथा 1 अप्रैल , 2008 से 31 मार्च , 2009 की अवधि के लिए 10 प्रतिशत होगा ।
The percentage cessions of the sum insured on each General Insurance Policy to be reinsured with the Indian reinsurer shall be 15% in respect of insurances attaching during the year 1st April, 2007 to 31st March, 2008 and 10% in respect to insurances attaching during the year 1st April, 2008 to 31st March, 2009 .
