New Delhi , the 31st January, 2007 का.आ. 116(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1793 ( अ ) , तारीख 13 अक्तूबर, 2006 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 19 अक्तूबर, 2006 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
S.O. 116(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O. 1793 (E) , dated the 13th October, 2006 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii ) , dated the 19th October, 2006, namely:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में
In the Schedule to the said notification
(क) क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने " 6. नेरेडीगोंडा " तालुक से संबंधित स्तम्भ 7 में प्रविष्टि " ( 12 ) वानकिड़ी" , के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ अतःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -
(a) against serial number 1 relating to Taluk "6. Neradigonda" in column 7, after the entry " ( 12 ) Wankidi" , the following entries shall be inserted, namely:-
" ( 13 ) कुष्टी ( के ),
"(13) Kupti (K);
(14) धनूर ( डी) "
(14) Dhanoor (D) "
(b) against serial number 2, relating to Taluk "2. Nirmal" in column 7, after the entry " ( 10 ) Muktapur " , the following entries shall be inserted, namley:-- (ख) क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने " 2. निर्मल " तालुक से संबंधित स्तम्भ 7 में प्रविष्टि " ( 10 ) मुक्तापुर ", के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ अंत:स्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -
"(11) New Pochampad;
"( 11) न्यूपोचमपड़;
(12)Neelaipet;
( 12 ) नीलईपेट;
(13) Bhagyanagar".
(13 ) भाग्यनगर " ।,
