का.आ. 121 (अ).-लोहा एवं इस्पात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1956 की धारा 17 - बी द्वारा प्रदान की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खंड-3 , उप- खंड (ii ) में प्रकाशित इस्पात मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की दिनांक 28 जुलाई , 1997 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 532(अ ) , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है :-
S.O. 121 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 17-B ofthe Iron and Steel (Control ) Order, 1956, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the hotification of the Governinent of India in the Ministry of Steel Number S. O. 532 (E) , dated the 28th July , 1997 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part - II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii ) , dated the 28th July, 1997 namely:----
उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 2 में,
In the said notification , in paragraph 2,-- ( 1 ) धारा (क) में;
(1) in clause (a) ,-
क) मद ( i ) में, प्रविष्टि के लिए, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि
(
प्रतिस्थापित होगी, नामत :
(a) in, item (i), for the entry , for following entry shall be substituted, namely:--
-अध्यक्ष";
" संयुक्त सचिव, इस्पात मंत्रालय
"Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel-Chairman " ;
(ख) मद ( ii ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को हटा दिया
जाएगा;
(b) item (ii ) and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
(2) धारा (ग ) , मद (2 ) में, " विकास आयुक्त, लोहा और इस्पात का कार्यालय " शब्दों के स्थान पर " संयुक्त संयंत्र समिति का कार्यालय " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित होंगे ।
(2) In clause(c), in item (2), for the words " the Office ofthe Development Commissioner for Iron and Steel " , the words " the Office of the Joint Plant Committee " shall be .substituted .

Foot Note. The Principal Notification was published vide S. O. 532 (E) dated 28th July, 1997 and was last amended vide S. O. 120 (E) dated the 11th February, 2000.
टिप्पण. मुख्य अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 532 ( अ ) , दिनांक 28 जुलाई, 1997 को प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा इसमें पिछली बार का.आ. 120( अ ) , दिनांक 11 फरवरी , 2000 के माध्यम से संशोधन किया गया था ।
