का.आ. 128(अ).- रसायनिक हथियार समझौता अधिनियम, 2000 (2000 का 34) की धारा 6 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के प्रावधानों के अनुक्रम में, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2148( अ ) , दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर , 2006 में शासकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से संशोधन करती है, अर्थात:-
उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में मद संख्या । तथा उससे संबद्ध प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद संख्या तथा प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात :-

S.O. 128 (E) .-In pursuance of the provisions of Sub -section (1) of Section 6 of the Chemical WeaponsAct, 2000(34 of 2000) , the Central Government hereby amends theNotification Number S.O. 2148 (E) , dated 26th December, 2006 with effect from the date of publication of this Notification inthe Official Gazette , namely :-
In the said Notification, for item Number 1 and the entry relating thereto the following item No. and entry shall be substituted , namely :-
"1. Shri Brahm Dutt Chairperson" .
