का.आ. 169(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 2 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) की प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 244(अ) तारीख 25 फरवरी , 2004 में, जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण भाग II , खंड 3 , उपखंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, क्रम सं. 61 बी और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्: -

हरियाणा राज्य में यमुना नगर के समीप राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 73 के जंक्शन से प्रारंभ होकर जगाधरी चौक ( राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 73 के जंक्शन) को हरियाणा में छंछरौली, ताजेवाला , खिजराबाद, कलेसर , लाल डांग से होकर जोड़ते हुए और हिमाचल प्रदेश में बाटा चौक (पोंटा साहिब के समीप राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 72 के जंक्शन ) पर समाप्त होने वाला राजमार्ग । "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th February, 2007
S.O. 169 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by sub - section (2 ) of Section 2 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3, Sub- section (ii) with number S.O. 244 (E) , dated, the 25th February, 2004 , namely:-
In the Table to the said notification , for scrial number 61B and entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely :-

का.आ. 170(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों काप्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 1096( अ ) तारीख 4 अगस्त, 2005 में, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, -
(क) क्रम सं. 8 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्ः-
