नई दिल्ली, 9 फरवरी , 2007 सं. 4/2007 -केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( गै. टै. )
सा.का.नि. 74( अ ).- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम , 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 35बी की उप- धारा ( 1 ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय उतपाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की दिनांक 13-5-2005 की अधिसूचना सं. 24/2005 में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में क्रम सं. 19 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा , अर्थात्:-

टिप्पण : दिनांक 13-5-2005 की मूल अधिसूचना सं. 24/2005 - केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क (गै.दै ) दिनांक 13-5-2005 के सा.का.नि. 304 ( अ ) के जरिए भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II , खंड 3 ( i ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा निम्नलिखित अधिसूचना संख्याओं के जरिये संशोधित की गई थी:-
(i ) दिनांक 8-6-2006 की सा.का.नि. 380 ( अ ) के जरिये दिनांक 8-6-2006 की अधिसूचना सं. 29/2005- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क (गै.दै. ) ।
(ii) दिनांक 14-11-2005 की सा.का.नि. 661 ( अ ) के जरिये दिनांक14-11-2005 की अधिसूचना सं. 35/2005- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क (गै. टै. ) ।

New Delhi, the 9th February, 2007 No. 4/2007- Central Excise (N.T.)
G.S.R. 74 (E) . --In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1B ) of Section 35B of the Central ExciseAct , 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notifica- tion of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 24/2005 -Central Excise (N.T.) , dated the 13thMay, 2005, namely :-
Inthe said Notification, in the Table , for the serial number 19 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely: -
"19 (1) Chief Commissioner of Central Excise , Punc
Goa Pune - I
Pune - III
(2) Chief Commissioner of Customs , Mumbai - III

Note : The Principal Notification No. 24/2005 - Central Excise (N.T. ) dated the 13th May, 2005 was published in the Gazette ofIndia, Part II , Section 3 ( 1) , vide number G.S.R. 304(E) dated the 13th May, 2005 and was amended by following numbers:-
(i) Notification No. 29/2005 - Central Excise (N.T. ) , dated the 8th June , 2005 vide number G.S.R. 380 ( E) , dated the 8th June , 2006 .
(ii) Notification No. 35/2005 - Central Excise ( N.T. ) , dated the 14th November , 2005 vide number G.S.R. 661 (E) , dated the 14th November , 2005 .

सा.का.नि. 75( अ ).- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 129 क कीउपधारा ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 39/2005- सीमा शुल्क (गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 13 मई, 2005 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:--
(क) क्रम संख्या 13 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों की जगह निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा , अर्थात्:--
केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, पुणे -1 , पुणे-III और सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय "13 ( 1 ) मुख्य आयुक्त, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क , पुणे
