का.आ. 177( अ). विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 की अनुसूची 1 ( आयात ) को एतद्वारा , निम्नानुसार संशोधित करती है :
1. एग्जिम कोड 10059000 [ मक्का ( दाना ) : अन्य] पर मदों हेतु मौजूदा नीति 31 दिसम्बर , 2007 तक स्थगित रहेगी । इस अवधि के दौरान उक्त मद का आयात मुक्त रूप से अनुमत होगा ।
2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

NewDelhi , the 9th February, 2007 No. 43 (RE -2006)/2004-2009
S.O. 177 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Central Government hereby amends Schedule- I (Imports) of the ITC (HS ) Classifications of Export and Import Items , 2004-09 as under:
1. The existing policy for items falling at Exim Code 10059000 [Maize ( Corn) : Other] shall remain in abeyance till 31st December, 2007. During this period import ofthis item will be allowed freely.
2. This issues in public interest .
