का.आ. 172( अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् ( निर्वाचन ) नियम , 1975 , के नियम 2 के खंड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 886( अ ) , तारीख 10 सितम्बर , 2001 के अधिक्रमण में, इसके साथ संलग्न सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तदनुरूप प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट राज्य की बाबत , उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजन के लिए एतद्वारा रिटर्निंग अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है , अर्थात्:-

S.O. 172(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975 and in suppression of the number S.O. 886(E) , dated the 10th September , 2001 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (3 ) of the table annexed hereto, to be the Returning Officer for the purpose of the said rules , in . respect of the State mentioned in the corresponding entry incolumn (2) of the said table , namely :----
