का.आ. 174(अ).- भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन) नियमावली, 1975 के नियम 2 के खंड ( घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तथा दिनांक 10 सितम्बर , 2001 के कार्यालय आदेश संख्या का. आ. 886 ( अ ) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा उक्त नियमावली के अनुसार इसके साथ संलग्न तालिका के कॉलम ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्त तालिका के कॉलम ( 2 ) के तदनुरूप प्रविष्टि में अंकित राज्य के लिए निर्वाचन अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है , अर्थात्:-

S.O. 174(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975 and in suppression of the number S.O. 886 (E) dated the 10th September , 2001 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (3 ) of the Table annexes hereto , to be the Returning Officer for the purpose of the said Rules , in respect of the State mentioned in the corresponding entry incolumn (2) of the said Table , namely :-
