सं. 5/2007- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( गै.टै. )
सा.का.नि. 76(अ).-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 35ख की उप- धारा ( 1 ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय राजस्व बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 54 ) के अंतर्गत गठित केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड निम्नलिखित सारणी के कालम 1 में उल्लिखित केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क के दो मुख्य आयुक्तों की एक समिति गठित करता है, जो उक्त सारणी के कालम ( 2 ) में तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क के आयुक्तों के क्षेत्राधिकार में आने वाले क्षेत्रों के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 35 ई की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के प्रयोजनार्थ समिति होगी; यथा:-

No. 5/2007 -Central Excise (N.T. )
G.S.R. 76(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (1B ) of Section 35B of the Central ExciseAct, 1944(1 of 1944), the Central Board of Excise and Customs , constituted under the Central Board of Revenues Act , 1963 (54 of1963) , constitutes a Committee consisting of two Chief Commissioners of Central Excise mentioned in column ( 1) ofthe Table below to be the Committee , for the areas falling within the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Central Excise in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table for the purpose of Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 35E of the said Act, namely:-
