का.आ. 185(अ) .-आयकर अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 120 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) , केन्द्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड, की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 733 ( अ ) , दिनांक 31 जुलाई , 2001 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामतः :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, अनुसूची -1 में, क्रम संख्या 83 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः

S.O. 185 (E) .-- In exercise of powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1) and Sub - section (2) of Section 120 of the Income-tax Act , 1961 (43 of 1961 ) , the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , Central Board of Direct Taxes , number No S.O. 733 (E) , dated the 31st July , 2001 , namely:-
Inthe said notification, in the Schedule 1 , for serial number 83 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely: -
