(i) पृष्ठ 4 पर,-
(क) नियम 7 के परंतुक में, उप- खंड ( घ ) में, " तीन लगातार कार्यकालों " के स्थान पर " दो लगातार कार्यकालों" पढ़ें ।
(ख ) नियम 7 के परंतुक के पश्चात् " इस नियम के प्रयोजन के लिए " के स्थान पर " स्पष्टीकरण : इस नियम के प्रयोजन के लिए " पढ़ें ।
(ii ) पृष्ठ 5 पर नियम 7 के स्पष्टीकरण के खंड ( iv ) में " तीन लगातार कार्यकालों " के स्थान पर " दो लगातार कार्यकालों " पढ़ें ।

G.S.R. 81 (E) . In the Notification of the Government of India , Ministry of Company Affairs published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section (i ) , dated the 17th November , 2006, vide G.S.R. 712 (E) dated the 17th November , 2006 , in respect of the Cost and Works Accountants (Election to the Council ) Rules , 2006,- (i) atpage 35,-
(a) in rule 7 in the proviso for " Provided that no person shall be eligible to stand for election to the Council, if he is not found to be eligible under : " , read "Provided that no person shall be eligible to stand for election to the Council , if "
(b) in rule 7 in the proviso, in clause ( d ) for " three consecutive terms " read " two consecutive terms " .
(ii) at page 36 in rule 7. after the proviso, for " For the purpose of this rule " read " Explanation: For the purpose ofthis rule " .
