का.आ. 192( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1952 (1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन राजकोट सीड्स ऑयल एंड बुलियन मर्चेन्ट्स एसोसिएशन लिमिटेड, राजकोट द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को अरण्ड में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में 1 अप्रैल , 2007 से 31 मार्च , 2010 तक (दोनों दिन शामिल ) तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता नवीनीकरण करते हैं ।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता का नवीनीकरण इस शर्त के अध्याधीन किया जाता है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय- समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th February, 2007
S.O. 192(E) .-The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), by the Rajkot Seeds Oil and Bullion Merchants Association Ltd. , Rajkot, and being satisfied that it wouldbe in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of three year's from 1st April, 2007 to 31st March, 2010 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Castorseed .
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
