सा.का.नि. 85(अ) स्वापक औषध तथा मनःप्रभावी पदार्थ अवैध व्यापार निवारण अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 46 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के संयुक्त सचिव, श्री मुकुल सिंघल , को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए विशेष रूप से सशक्त करती है ।

G.S.R. 85(E ).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of Section 3 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988) , the Central Government hereby specially empowers Shri Mukul Singhal, Joint Secretary to theGovernment of India, for the purpose of the said Section.
