सा.का.नि. 86(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, नोटरी अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 53 ) की धारा 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नोटरी नियम , 1956 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्: -
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम नोटरी ( दूसरा संशोधन ) नियम , 2007 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. नोटरी नियम , 1956 की अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में , उत्तर प्रदेश से संबंधित क्रम सं. 13 के सामने स्तम्भ (3 ) में " 1,750 ", अंकों के स्थान पर " 2625 " अंक रखे जाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th February , 2007
G.S.R. 86(E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 15 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (53 of 1952) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Notarics Rules , 1956, namely :-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Notarics ( Second Amendment ) Rules , 2007 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Notaries Rules , 1956 , in the Schedule , in column ( 1 ) , against serial number 13 relating to Uttar Pradesh, in column (3) , for the figures " 1,750" , the figures "2625 " shall be substituted.
