नई दिल्ली , 15 फरवरी , 2007 सं. 11 /2007-सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै. )
सा.का.नि. 87(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) सह- पंठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( कक) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की दिनांक 2 अप्रैल , 1997 की अधिसूचना सं. 12/ 1997 - सीमा शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) सा.का.नि. 193 ( अ) में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में , क्रम सं. 12 के सामने , कॉलम (3 ) , में मद ( x ) में प्रविष्टि के बाद और कॉलम (4 ) में सदृश प्रविष्टि में, निम्नलिखित मद एवं उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँ कॉलम ( 3 ) और कॉलम (4 ) में सदृश प्रविष्टि में अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी:-

आयातित माल की उतराई और निर्यात माल का लदान " ।

टिप्पणः-मूल अधिसूचना दिनांक 2 अप्रैल , 1997 के सं. सा.का.नि. 193 (अ ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II , खण्ड 3 ( i ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी और अंतिम बार दिनांक 31 मार्च, 2006 के सं. सा.का.नि. 192 ( अ ) के तहत संशोधित की गई थी ।

No. 11/2007 -CUSTOMS (N.T. )
G.S.R. 87 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred byclause (aa) of Sub -section (1) read with Sub- section (2) of Section 7 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/1997- Customs (N.T. ) , G.S.R. 193 (E) , dated the 2nd April , 1997, namely :
Inthe Table to the said notification, against the serial number 12, in column (3 ), after item (x ) and corresponding entry in column (4), the following itemin column (3 ) and corresponding entry in column (4 ) shall be inserted, namely:-
