का. आ. 253( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और उप- धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय के आदेश संख्यांक का. आ. 489 ( अ ) , तारीख 30 अप्रैल, 2003 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
जाएंगे । उक्त आदेश के पैरा 1 में, " दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए " शब्दों के स्थान पर, " चार वर्ष और आठ मास की अवधि के लिए " शब्द रखे

टिप्पणी : - मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र में का . आ. 489 ( अ ) , तारीख 30 अप्रैल , 2003 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था और का. आ. 56 ( अ ) , तारीख 14 जनवरी , 2005 द्वारा उसमें पश्चात्वर्ती संशोधन किए गएं ।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 19th February, 2007
S.O. 253 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sections (1 ) and (3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 489 (E) , dated the 30th April, 2003 , namely:-
Inthe said Order, in paragraph 1, for the words "for a period of two years", the words "for a period of four years and eight months " shall be substituted.
