का.आ. 258( अ ).- विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 की अनुसूची- I ( आयात ) को निम्नानुसार संशोधित करती है : -
1. निम्नलिखित पदों हेतु आयात नीति को निम्नानुसार संशोधित किया जाता है :

S.O. 258 (E) .-In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act , 1992 read with Paragraph 2.1 of the ForeignTrade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby amends Schedule - I (Imports ) of the ITC (HS) Classifications ofExport and Import Items , 2004-2009 as under :
