सा.का.नि. 102( अ ).- सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की धारा 11 क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, इस बात पर संतुष्ट होने पर कि ऐसा करना जनहित में अनिवार्य है, एतद्वारा सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 की प्रथम अनुसूची में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
1. अध्याय 30 में,-
उक्त प्रथम अनुसूची में,-
(i ) शीर्ष 3003 में उप- शीर्ष 3003 90 में टैरिफ मद 3003 90 36 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों की जगह निम्नलिखित टैरिफ मद और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

G.S.R. 102(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section ( 1) of Section 11A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975(51 of 1975), the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975, namely:-
In the said First Schedule,-
1. in Chapter 30,--
(1) In heading 3003 , in sub - heading 3003 90, for tariff item 3003 90 36 and the entrics relating thereto, the following tariff item and the entries shall be substituted, namely :-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule (1 ) of Rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Transitional Product Specific Safeguard Duty) Rules , 2002, and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 81 /2005- Customs (N.T. ) issued vide No. G.S.R. 599(E) , dated the 20th September, 2005, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri J. K. Batra, Chief Commissioner of Customs , as the Director General (Specific Safeguard) for the purposes of the said Rules .

सा.का.नि. 105( अ ) - सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, इस बात पर संतुष्ट होने पर कि ऐसा करना जनहित में अनिवार्य है , एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व. विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 75/2005- सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 22 जुलाई , 2005 , 'सा.का.नि. 500 (अ ) , दिनांक 22 जुलाई, 2005 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
.' ( i ) क्रम संख्या 1610 में कॉलम (2 ) में मौजूद प्रविष्टि की जगह " 8443 19 10 " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ;
(ii ) क्रम संख्या 1611 में कॉलम ( 2 ) में मौजूद प्रविष्टि की जगह " 8443 19 20 " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ;
( iii ) क्रम संख्या 1612 में कॉलम ( 2 ) में मौजूद प्रविष्टि की जगह " 8443 19 30 " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
2. यह अधिसूचनां सरकारी राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होगी ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do; hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 75 /2005-Customs, dated the 22nd July, 2005, G.S.R. 500 (E), dated the 22nd July, 2005, namely :

(i) at Serial number 1610, in column (2) , for the existing entry , the entry " 8443 19 10 " , shall be substituted;
(ii) at Serial number 1611 , in column (2) , for the existing entry, the entry " 8443 19 20" , shall be substituted;
(iii) at Serial number 1612 , in column (2) , for the existing entry , the entry " 8443 19 30 " , shall be substituted;
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .

सा.का.नि. 106( अ ) -सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार के इस बात से संतुष्ट होने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है , एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 69/2004- सीमा शुल्क दिनांक 9 जुलाई , 2004, सा.का.नि. 411 ( अ ) , दिनांक 9 जुलाई , 2004 में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में,-
(i) क्रम सं. 1 पर, कालम (2 ) में, -
(क) " 8523 52 00 " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 8523 52 " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ;
(ख ) " 8543 59 10 " प्रविष्टि के पश्चात् " 8543 70 11 " प्रविष्टि को जोड़ा जाएगा ;
(ii) क्रम सं. 11क पर, " अथवा 8517 " शब्दों और अंकों का विलोप किया जाएगा ;
( iii) क्रम सं. 11 ग पर, कालम ( 2 ) में, -
(क) " 8443 90 00 " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 844399 " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ;
(ख) " 8443 32 00 ". प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 8443 92 " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ;
(iv) क्रम सं. 11 ड़ और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियों को जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्:- " 11 एफ टैरिफ मद 8443 3100 अथवा उप- शीर्ष 8443 32 के अंतर्गत आने वाला सभी माल; "
( v ) क्रम सं. 12 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियों को जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" 12 क 8528 41 00 , 8528 5100 अथवा 8528 61 00 के अंतर्गत आने वाले माल के पुर्जे और अनुषंगी ( शीर्ष 8529 ) ; " (vi ) क्रम सं. 30 पर " उप- शीर्ष 8529 10 " शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर " टैरिफ मद 8517 70 90 " शब्द और अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ;
(vii) क्रम सं. 44 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :- " 44 उप- शीर्ष 8544 42 के अंतर्गत आने वाले कनेक्टर लगाए गए 1000 वोल्ट से अनधिक वोल्टेज का दूरसंचार के लिए प्रयुक्त एक प्रकार के इलेक्ट्रिक कन्डक्टर ; "
(viii) क्रम सं. 45 और 46 एवं उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का विलोप किया जाएगा ।
2. ये अधिसूचना इसके सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी ।

G.S.R. 106(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section (1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of1962), the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) ,No. 69/2004- Customs , dated the 9th July , 2004, G.S.R. 411 (E) , dated the 9th July, 2004 , namely:-
Inthe said notification, in the TABLE,-
(1) atserial number 1, in column (2),
(a) for the entry " 8523 52 00 " , the entry " 8523 52 " , shall be substituted;
(b) after the entry " 8543 59 10 " , the entry "8543 70 11 " , shall be added;
(ii) at serial number 11A, the words and figures " or 8517" shall be omitted;
(iii) at serial number 11C, in column (2) ,-
(a) for the entry , " 8443 99 00" , the entry, "8443 99" shall be substituted;
(b) for the entry, "8443 32 00 " , the entry , " 8443 32 " shall be substituted;
(iv) after serial number 11E and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
"1IF All goods falling under tariff item 8443.31 00 or subheading 8443 32" ;
(v) after serial number 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-- " 12A Parts and accessories (heading 8529 ) of goods falling under 8528 41 00, 8528 51 00 or 85286100";
(vi) at serial number 30, for the words and figures " sub - heading 8529 10 " , the words and figures " tariff item 8517 70 90 " , shall be substituted;
(vii) for serial number 44, and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:- "44. Electric Conductors of a voltage not exceeding 1000 V, fitted with connectors, of a kind used for telecommunications, falling under sub-heading 8544 42" ;
(viii) Serial numbers 45 and 46 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
