का.आ. 269( अ ).- केन्द्र सरकार, चैंबर आफ कॉमर्स, हापुड़ द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अंतर्गत दिए गए आवेदन पत्र पर , वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को 1-4-2007 से 31-3-2012 (दोनों दिन सम्मिलित ) तक पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए गुड़ में अग्रिम संविदाओं के संबंध में मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
इसके तहत प्रदत्त मान्यता इस शर्त के अधीन है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd February , 2007
S.O. 269 (E) . The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), by the Chamber of Commerce, Hapur and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of five years from 1-4-2007 to 31-3-2012 (both days inclusive ) in respect of forward contracts in Gur .
The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions, as may , from time to time, be given by the Forward Markets Commission.
