सं. ई.एल. - 2007/10.-इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ कास्ट एंड वर्क्स एकाउण्टेंट्स ऑफ इण्डिया के मतदान अधिकारी एवं सचिव कास्ट एंड वर्क्स एकाउण्टेंट्स एक्ट , 1959 [ कास्ट एंड वर्क्स ( संशोधन ) एक्ट, 2006 द्वारा यथा संशोधित ] के अन्तर्गत कास्ट एंड वर्क्स एकाउण्टेंट्स ( परिषद् के चुनाब ) नियमावली , 2006 के नियम 12 के . उप - नियम (3 ) के अनुसरण में एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करते हैं कि जून , 2007 में होने वाले परिषद् के सतरहवें चुनाव के नामांकन पत्रों की जांच के पैनल में निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति शामिल रहेंगे :

In pursuance of sub - rule (3) of rule 12 of the Cost and Works Accountants (Election to the Council ) Rules , 2006 specified under the Cost and Works Accountants Act , 1959 [as amended by the Cost and Works (Amendment) Act, 2006] the Returning Officer and Secretary of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India hereby notifies that the panel for scrutiny of nominations for elections to its seventeenth Council tobe held in June , 2007 shall be composed of the following:.
