सं. टीएएमपी/57/ 2005- एमबीपीटी. इस प्राधिकरण ने मुंबई पत्तन न्यास ( एमबीपीटी ) के दरमान के सामान्य संशोधन से संबंधित प्रकरण सं. टीएएमपी/57/2005- एमबीपीटी में, दिनांक 28 सितंबर, 2006 को एक आदेश पारित किया था । यह आदेश तथा (संशोधित ) दरमान , राजपत्र सं. 178 के द्वारा , भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण ( भाग III , खण्ड 4 ) में अधिसूचित किया गया था ।
2. यह देखा गया है कि दिनांक 1 दिसंबर , 2006 को अधिसूचित समेकित दरमान में कुछ टंकण त्रुटियाँ हो गई हैं । एमबीपीटी के दरमान में जहाज संबंधी प्रभार से संबद्ध अध्याय II में, प्रचलित धारा 2.12 को , निम्न प्रकार से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है :-
"2.12 बोलार्ड पुल जाँच कराने के प्रभार विदेशगामी जहाज
तटीय जहाज
बोलार्ड पुल जाँच कराने रु. 8790.76 अमरीकीडालर 321.30
के प्रभार
टिप्पणः- जहाजों के आवागमन के लिए भाग 2.1 ( क ) और भाग 2.1 ( ख ) में विनिर्दिष्ट देय प्रभार अलग से लगाये जायेंगे । "

TARIFF AUTHORITY FOR MAJOR PORTS
CORRIGENDUM
(Passed on this 14th day of February 2007)
Mumbai , the 22nd February, 2007
No. TAMP/57/2005 - MBPT . This Authority had passed an Order on 28th September, 2006 in case No. TAMP/57/2005- MBPT relatingto the general revision of the Scale of Rates of the Mumbai Port Trust (MBPT) . This Order and the (revised) Scale of Rates were notified in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary (Part III , Section 4) on 1stDecember 2006 vide Gazette No. 178 .
2. It has been noticed that some typographical mis- takehas occurred in the consolidated Scale of Rates noti- fied on 1st December , 2006. The existing Section 2.12 in Chapter- II pertaining to Vessel Related Charges in the Scale ofRates of MBPT is replaced with the following:-
"2.12. Charges for carrying out Bollard Pull Test
Foreigngoing
vessel
Coastal Vessel
Rs . 8790.76 U.S. $ 321.30 Charges for carrying out Bollard Pull Test
Note: Applicable charges specified in Section 2.1 (A) and Section 2.1 (B ) for the movement of vessels will be levied separately. "
