सं. 6( 1 ) /95-नालसा.- केन्द्रीय प्राधिकरण , राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण नियम , 1995 के नियम 10 , के साथ पठित विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 1987 ( 1987 का 39 ) की धारा 3 क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति डॉ. अरिजित पसायत को उच्चतम न्यायालय विधिक सेवा समिति का अध्यक्ष नामांकित करता है और दिनांक 9-2-2000 की अपनी अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 115 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्: -
अध्यक्ष" ।

New Delhi , the 15th February , 2007
No. 6 ( 1 ) /95 - NALSA. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of1987) read with Rule 10 of the National Legal Services Authority Rules , 1995, the Central Authority hereby nominates Dr. Justice Arijit Pasayat, Judge , Supreme Court of India, as Chairman of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee and makes the following amendments in its Notification No. S.O. 115 (E) , dated 9-2-2000, namely :-
In the said Notification, for the serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely:-
