[ बहु- राज्यीय सहकारी समिति अधिनियम , 2002 की धारा 126 के साथ पठनीय बहु- राज्यीय सहकारी समिति अधिनियम , 1984 की धारा 80 ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत ]
का.आ. 298(अ).-इस विभाग के दिनांक 20 मार्च, 2006 के समसंख्यक आदेश के संदर्भ में, श्री डी. के. चटर्जी, निदेशक (तकनीकी टेक्सटाइल ) , राष्ट्रीय सहकारिता विकास निगम ( एनसीडीसी) , नई दिल्ली का भारतीय जूट औद्योगिक और विपणन सहकारिता लि. , नई दिल्ली के परिसमापक के रूप में कार्यकाल 19 सितम्बर , 2006 के पश्चात् 6 माह की अवधि के लिए एतद्वारा बढ़ाया जाता है ।
2. परिसमापक्र , 6 माह की अवधि के भीतर परिसमापकता को अंतिम रूप देंगे ।

[Under Section 80 ( 1) of the Multi-State Co- operative Societies Act, 1984 read with Section 126 of theMulti- State Co -operative Societies Act, 2002]
S.O.298 (E) . In continuation of this Department's order of even number dated 20th March, 2006, the term of Shri D. K. Chatterjee, Director (Technical - Textile), National Co -operative Development Corporation ( NCDC) , New Delhi as Liquidator of the Jute Industrial and Marketing Co-operative of India Ltd. (JIMCI ), New Delhi is hereby extended for a further period of six months beyond 19thSeptember, 2006.
2.The Liquidator shall finalise the liquidation within thisperiod of six months .
