का.आ. 300 ( अ ) सार्वजनिक स्थान ( अनधिकृत अधिभोगियों की बेदखली ) अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) की धारा 3 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और दिनांक 14 जुलाई, 2005.की भारत सरकार , मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय ( तत्कालीन माध्यमिक और उच्चतर शिक्षा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1007 ( ई ) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, उन कार्यों को छोड़कर जो इस प्रकार के अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किये गए हों या किये जाने से रह गये हों, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा प्रोफेसर एम. मुर्तजा खान को, जो कि अलीगढ़ मुस्लिमविश्वविद्यालय में राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग में प्रोफेसर के पद पर कार्यरत हैं, सरकारी राजपत्रित अधिकारी के समकक्ष अधिकारी होने के नाते , सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से दो वर्ष के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के उद्देश्यार्थ संपदा अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है , जो अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा या इसकी ओर से पट्टे पर लिये गये अलीगढ़ जिले की स्थानीय सीमाओं के अंतर्गत सार्वजनिक स्थानों के संबंध में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे और उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत या इसके द्वारा संपदा अधिकारी को सौंपे गये दायित्वों का निर्वाह करेंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th February, 2007
S.O. 300 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised. Occupants ) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971 ) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Human Resource Development (the erstwhile Department of Secondary and Higher Education) , number S.O. 1007 (E ) , dated the 14th July 2005, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby appoints Professor M. Murtaza Khan , Department of Political Science , Aligarh Muslim University, being an officer equivalent to the rank of a Gazetted Officer ofGovernment, tobe Estate Officer, for a period of two years from the date ofpublication of this notification in the Official Gazette, for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred, and perform the duties imposed, on the Estate Officerby or under the said Act, in respect of the public premises withinthe local limits of Aligarh District belonging to, or taken on lease by, or on behalf of, the Aligarh Muslim University.
