S.R.O. 1(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred byRule-33 of the Territorial Army Rule, 1948 , the Central Government empowers Chief of the Army Staff to exercise the powers under that rule to call out every officer and every enrolled person of the Territorial Army to provide for essential guard or to be embodied for the purpose of supporting or supplementing the regular army to the extent specified below namely :--
का.नि.आ. 1 ( अ).प्रादेशिक सेना नियमावली , 1948 के नियम 33 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार सेनाध्यक्ष को नीचे विनिर्दिष्ट सीमाओं तक , नियमित सेना की सहायता अथवा उसमें पूरक का कार्य करने के प्रयोजन के लिए अंगीभूत किए जाने अथवां अनिवार्य गारद की व्यवस्था के लिए प्रादेशिक सेना के प्रत्येक अधिकारी एवं प्रत्येक नामांकित व्यक्ति को बुलाने के लिए उस नियम के तहत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के वास्ते एतद्द्वारा शक्तियां प्रदान करती है:--
(a) Out of the existing 31 Infantry Battalions (Territorial Army) , embodiment of 14 Infantry Battalions (Territorial Army) for deployment in the areas of Southern Command, Eastern Command, Western Command, Central Command, Northern Command, South Western Command, Andaman and Nicobar Command and Army Training Command (ARTRAC).
(क) मौजूदा 31 इन्फैंट्री बटालियनों ( प्रादेशिक सेना ) में से उत्तरी कमान , पश्चिमी कमान , दक्षिणी कमान , मध्य कमान , पूर्वी कमान, दक्षिण- पश्चिमी कमान, अंडमान एवं निकोबार कमान और सेना प्रशिक्षण कुमान के क्षेत्रों में तैनाती के लिए 14 इन्फैंट्री बटालियनों ( प्रादेशिक सेना ) को अंगीभूत करना।
(b) The embodiment shall be ordered provided the funds are available in the budget or have been made available by re -appropriation of the internal savings inthe budget. For units embodied at the behest of Ministries other than Ministry of Defence, the cost willbe debited to the Ministries and will not be included in the budget allocation of the Ministry of Defence .
(ख ) अंगीभूत करने के आदेश तभी दिए जाएंगे जब धनराशि बजट में उपलब्ध हो अथवा बजट में आंतरिक बचत का पुनर्षिनियोजन करके उपलब्ध कराई गई हो। रक्षा मंत्रालय को छोड़कर अन्य मंत्रालयों के आदेश पर अंगीभूत की गई यूनिटों के लिए लागत उन्हीं मंत्रालयों के नाम में डाली जाएगी न कि रक्षा मंत्रालय के बजट आबंटन में शामिल कीजाएगी।
(c) This order shall remain in force for three years with effect from 10th February, 2007 to 9th February,2010.
(ग ) यह आदेश 10 फरवरी , 2007 से 9 फरवरी, 2010 तक तीन वर्ष के लिए लागू रहेगा।
