का.आ. 304( अ ).-भारत के राजपत्र भाग I , खण्ड 2 , दिनांक 16 मार्च , 2005 में प्रकाशित अनधिसूचित जनजातियों, खानाबदोश और अर्द्धखानाबदोश ' जनजातियों' के विकासात्मक पहलुओं का अध्ययन करने के लिए राष्ट्रीय आयोग से संबंधित संकल्प के पैरा 4 और आयोग के कार्यकाल को बढ़ाने से संबंधित अधिसूचना सं. 12016/63/2006- एससीडी ( आर एल ) दिनांक 8 फरवरी , 2007 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार ने श्री बालकृष्ण सिद्धराम रेनके, श्री एल. के. पटनी और श्री लक्ष्मी चन्द क्रमशः अध्यक्ष , सदस्य और सदस्य सचिव के कार्यकाल को दिनांक 6-2-2007 से 5-2-2008 तक बढ़ाने का संकल्प लिया है ।

S.O. 304(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the para 4 of the Resolution regarding National Commission to the study the developmental aspects of the Denotified Tribes , Nomadic and Semi Nomadic ' Tribes ' , published in the Gazette of India Part I , Section 2, dated 16th March, 2005, and Notification No. 12016/63/2006 SCD (RL) dated 8th February , 2007 regarding extension of the term of the Commission, the Government of India has resolved to extend the tenure of Shri Balkrishna Sidram Renke, Shri L.. K. Patni and Shri Laxmi Chand , Chairman, Member ,Member -Secretary, respectively from 6-2-2007 to 5-2-2008.
