का.आ. 308 ( अ ).- केन्द्र सरकार धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम, 2002 (2003 का 15 ) की धारा 43 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और बम्बई उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के साथ परामर्श से भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय, राजस्व विभाग की दिनांक 1 जून , 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 841 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामतः:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के परिशिष्ट में क्रम सं. 13 और महाराष्ट्र सरकार से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात्:-

New Delhi , the 2nd March, 2007
S.O. 308(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 43 of the Prevention of Money- laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), and in consultation with the Chief Justice ofBombay High Court, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue , No. S.O. 841 (E) , dated the 1st June, 2006, namely,--
Inthe Annexure to the said Notification, for serial number 13 and the entries pertaining to Maharashtra, the following shall be substituted, namely :--

का.आ. 309( अ ).- केन्द्र सरकार, धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम, 2002 (2003 का 15 ) की धारा 43 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और पंजाब एवं हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के साथ परामर्श से इस अधिसूचना के परिशिष्ट में यथा उल्लिखित सत्र न्यायालय/न्यायालयों को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अंतर्गत दंडनीय अपराध के अभियोजन के लिए उक्त अनुबंध में उक्त न्यायालयों के सम्मुख विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र / क्षेत्रों के लिए विशेष न्यायालय/न्यायालयों के रूप में पदनामित करती है :-

S.O. 309 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 43 of the Prevention of Moncy- laundering Act , 2002 ( 15 of 2003 ) , and in consultation with the Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, the Central Government designates the Court ( s ) of Sessions, as mentioned in the Annexure to this notification , as Special Court (s ) for the area( s ) specified in the said Annexure against the said Courts , for trial of offence punishable under Section 4 of the said Act :-
